Family owned and operated, our gym welcomes athletes of all ages, shapes and sizes to come out and get moving!

 

Our facility is home to QFit, but we also have Cryo Therapy, personal training, & Zumba classes. Please contact us for specific information and class times.

If you are not getting results, frustrated with your progress, or bored with your workout program then come and try QFit.  we have a great community of people that are willing to help, motivate and support each other.  If you are tired of your current condition, workouts or results come join our family.  Your body will be glad you did.

located inside the 20,000 square foot q-fit facility, our space is perfect for every type of workout, including kettle bells, free weights, specialized movement machines and much much more. we pride ourselves in offering a safe, clean and friendly environment conductive to achieving all of your athletic goals.  

 

Thoughts from QFit

 

  Workout hard, push yourself and aspire to go farther than you ever thought possible.  Be consistent with your effort, workouts, nutrition, mobility.  Be honest with yourself.  Set goals, work hard, reach goals, set new goals, repeat.

 

If you want change then increase intensity.  Limitations- psychological and physical, don't let your mind limit what your body can do.   

 

Training- Utilizing constantly varied functional movements at relatively high intensity

Fitness- increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains

 

Attempt to be good at all aspects of performance-  cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  Remember you are only as good as your weakest link.  Typically we enjoy what we are good at, and dislike what we struggle with.  Spend more time and effort working on weaknesses.  Not only will your weaknesses get better but so will your strengths.

 

 Eat meat & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat.
