Thoughts from QFit
Workout hard, push yourself and aspire to go farther than you ever thought possible. Be consistent with your effort, workouts, nutrition and mobility. Be honest with yourself. Set goals, work hard, reach goals, set new goals, repeat.
If you want change then increase intensity. Limitations- psychological and physical, don't let your mind limit what your body can do.
Training- Utilizing constantly varied functional movements at relatively high intensity
Fitness- increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains
Attempt to be good at all aspects of performance- cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Remember you are only as good as your weakest link. Typically we enjoy what we are good at, and dislike what we struggle with. Spend more time and effort working on weaknesses. Not only will your weaknesses get better but so will your strengths.
Eat meat & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch and sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat.
